Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your Ondine jewellery. If you change your mind about your purchase you can request a refund within 14 days of recieving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where an item has been worn, damaged or is not in its original condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
